AirPods

Incredibly easy to use the AirPods are a delightful experience from day one. The setting up process is super simple as you just open up the capsule and your iPhone will ask if you want to connect. From then on everyday when you use your AirPods you just have to put them on and they will sense that you are wearing them. Your iPhone will automatically connect and you can start listening. There’s never any need to go into settings and pair or adjust things. No other Bluetooth earphones come close to being as simple and easy to use as the AirPods.

Poorly-designed Interaction

US Health Insurance

Unbelievably backwards and outdated, the US Health Insurance system is, to me, a total disaster. First of all, patients barely know how much they’ll have to pay when receiving medical attention. Then after one visits a doctor, he or she has to deal with the long process of billing and figuring out how much their insurance will pay and how much they have to pay out of pocket. If they visited multiple doctors, each doctor has his or her own billing office so you end up getting a bunch of separate bills that all have to be communicated with your insurance company. The over all process is just tedious and I’ve personally spent over a year dealing with the billing problems of one hospital visit.
