Many times we speak on the topic of habits, how to make them better, or how to develop new ones. This is why the notion of change seems so difficult and sometimes even transcends into fear.

Acting in a diligent and disciplined matter is essential if you want to destroy at root any toxic habits you've fomented in your life. Objectively reviewing yourself as a person, your actions, your thoughts. Will provide you insight and serve as a map to the person you'd like to become or character traits you'd wish to develop.
