Sustainability at JWU

During labs one day a group had to make guacamole, but the avocados we got in were all brown and mushy, so the guacamole dip ended up not being the best quality, and tasted off. JWU needs to address and fix these issues, especially since they are know for being a sustainable school.

Johnson and Wales does have a sustainability problem. We ship in all our produce, so there’s nothing that is fresh. And so some of the produce and food we get in are not good in quality. Students grab more ingredients than what is needed in their recipe, and just end up throwing it away. These are major problems that need to be addressed and fixed.
